Communications with Us
Our customers can submit information to us via our contact form or direct email.  When a person has submissions or requests information or services, support or client information, we may forward them within our departments or to a client base, as needed, to best serve and respond to any specific request. In addition to this, we may also archive e-mails and/or retain information sent to us for use or for our administrative process to help us better serve our clients/customers.

What does Protiro do with my resume?
Are your wondering what happens to your resume once you have sent it?  Some companies believe they have ownership rights of your resume once they receive it.  At Protiro, we believe your resume is under your ownership at all times.  What this means to you is, we respect and honor your requests of where your resume is submitted at all times.  Once we get your resume, it goes directly into our secured database for future reference.  When our recruiters are looking for a particular skill set and your resume matches it, the recruiter(s) will call you to discuss both your job status and skill set.  If you and the recruiter(s) agree there is a good match and would like to be considered for the position; your resume is then forward to the appropriate contact of the prospective company. We believe it’s our responsibility to protect you with confidentiality.

Under no circumstances will Protiro send your resume out blindly to companies without your prior authorization. 

Why is important to know where my resume has been sent at all times?

·    You might have previously applied to the company.
·    You may not like the company.
·    Another recruiter may have sent your resume to that company previously, harming your chances of being considered for that position.  At Protiro, discretion, respect and confidentiality are in your control.  We develop long lasting partnerships between clients and candidates that begins with trust. 

Protiro does not want to be responsible for sending your resume out to a company and getting into situations that would eliminate you from the job.
Our job is to establish trust, respect and confidentiality with you by giving you control of your information.
