Natural Gas Midstream Consultant

         
Job Description:
The Gas Midstream Consultant will work with a team of engineers and consultants to provide consulting services to owners, developers, investors, and lenders active in the natural gas midstream industry (gas gathering and processing, gas and NGL transportation and storage, and related businesses). Location in Plano or Denver area.


Responsibilities:
·    Responsibilities will include providing Independent Engineer due diligence evaluations of midstream assets and enterprises for equity investors and lenders; providing Owner’s Advisory services to midstream companies wanting to optimize their assets, better manage organic growth projects, and expand their business through strategic acquisitions; and evaluating emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
·    Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
·    7-10 years related experience in the natural gas midstream industry
·    Experience in both plant operations support and business development (commercial)
·    Excellent oral and written communication skills
·    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
