We believe our role in the hiring process is to act as a facilitator.
By acting as a facilitator, we provide both candidate and client with as much background information on each party as we can acquire. This knowledge
makes it possible for people to make their own educated choices in looking
for a new opportunity or in hiring additional staff. We do not believe in
influencing other's to our advantage.

Our role is to assist clients and candidates with their work place needs. We
will present all options available to both sides, no matter what the outcome.

We separate ourselves from the rest of recruiting industry by:

A relationship of mutual understanding and trust between recruiter, client and applicant is a crucial aspect of recruiting. In order to provide the most effective service possible, Carla Craig strives to establish this type of relationship consistently.

Building on a career dedicated to excellence in engineering and technical recruiting, Ms. Craig founded Protiro, Inc. in December of 1997. Since which time, the company has established itself in not only engineering and technical recruiting, sales and marketing as well as contract recruiting.

Prior to Protiro, Inc., Ms. Craig worked for two other staffing firms. Within her first year of recruiting, Ms. Craig was rewarded for her hard work by being given an opportunity to open the first branch office within another firm. After successfully completing this task, Ms. Craig came to Colorado where she started an Engineering division for a local firm

       Echo Sullivan
In the staffing industry only a select few have the desire and skills to thoroughly understand the needs of both client and candidate.  These are the people who develop relationships based on trust and integrity.  It is this desire and skill that Ms. Sullivan shares with this select group.

As a professional a staffing specialist Ms. Sullivan has successfully matched hundreds of clients and candidates needs in the IT, Telecommunications and Engineering industries along the Front Range.  

In March 1998, Ms. Sullivan joined Protiro, Inc. as a staffing specialist.  Today she is the Vice President.

Prior to joining Protiro, Inc. Ms. Sullivan was a member of several staffing teams at various companies.  Her most notable accomplishments include; being among the top four producers in a large privately held successful staffing firm and helping establish the IT division of an international staffing firm.
